This is so the backend team can assign you a case number to the corresponding account.
Suzume has another group that works within BlueBit at a help desk with access to data that can help you.
Please refrain from messaging the admins with Etherscan links and screenshots.
The quickest and easiest way is to go straight for “24/7 SUPPORT” and send them all the information and attachments you want.
Your problem will be resolved much faster if you do this.
As we get bigger we need these services that we have put in place to be utilised as we will not be able to handle so many direct messages.
